Winter is the best period to work out but it is such a shame that I am not making full use of it. It is cold and the body can be pushed a little bit more in the weight room but you have to be there first and sadly that part is what is missing in my schedule! I am held up with some work and so I have not gone to the gym regularly for 2 weeks now. It has been on and off for me during this time period. I hope to change it from Monday onwards but let’s see.
