giant step towards success
I have enrolled myself in a gym that is nearby my home. I did this because I didn’t want distance to be a factor when it came to going to the gym. This one has fewer facilities than the ones that are a bit further away but still I think a real man can do with a bench and free weights.

Damn!
It is tougher than I thought. Playing basketball as part of my cardio workout has taken a beating because it is a team sport and requires at least four people to play two guys a side. My problem now is that I have only a couple of people altogether and that includes me as well. Two more friends of mine will be joining us in a week’s time. Until then it is going to be boring for me.

hoop is my thing!
I have been into basketball all my life. I am a big fan of the game and I have liked it since I was in my school. I played for my school team and was also a part of the college team. It is one of my favorite sports and I play it to burn calories. It does a great job when you play two or three a side. The game will always remain close to my heart. This will be my cardio workouts because I don’t believe in running for miles without any interest. Doing something that we really like will not only eliminate boredom but will also help us reach our goal in an easier manner which is exactly what I want.

mission starts tomorrow
I am planning to workout in a fun filled manner from tomorrow. My workouts will be both cardio and weight training. Lifting weights is something that I have done since a very young age. Although I hate the sport of bodybuilding, I love to lift weights. Every one of us must lift because we lose muscle as we age and to maintain, we must definitely lift. So hit the gym immediately without wasting anymore time folks.

stay motivated
Motivation is the key for me to reach my goal. No matter what, I must never lose focus. I must be on top and not let my mind rule me. There is only one thing that will keep me motivated. The fact that I don’t want to look the way I do in six months time is what will keep me going. I hope I can be this strong throughout this regime.
