taking the right path
I have started to see results within a week and a half of workouts. Although they are minimal, I can feel the results. Yes! I can feel it. I still have a long way to go to reach my goal but this has increased my appetite for more. I definitely want to get better.

Power of three
My gym sessions are going to be the most advanced ever. I will be working out for thirty minutes on 3 days of the week. During this time, I will do full body circuits which will train all the muscles at the same time. Also I won’t be isolating any muscle group as compound exercises are much better than the isolation ones.

Wow
I have got five buddies along with me now and these will be there with me for my cardio workouts. This is the greatest news that I have heard in recent times. My friend called me up this morning to inform me about this. It was due to his efforts that these buddies have decided to play. This is super cool!

no partner
I will be doing my weight training sessions all by myself. None of my friends are compatible with my timings but that won’t stop me from doing weights. A gym partner is a very good thing but nonetheless, a strong man like me can stay on course to reach my goal.
