reckless

I have lost all focus on my training because of a weekend. This one was certainly special as it was my wife’s birthday. I had taken her out for dinner last night and we had a whale of a time. I reverted to my usual binging and ate quite a lot of food. I must now workout twice as hard to get rid of the calories. Damn!

no rise

I have stopped gaining muscle. Maybe it is because I have hit a plateau. My body has really become used to my workout routines that it no longer responds. I think I must be changing a few aspects of my weight training like doing supersets or doing more compound exercises so that I can see better results.

the next Kobe

I got heavily involved in today’s game of basketball. There were a total of 10 guys and we played nonstop. We ran our asses off as if this was the NBA finals. It was really good because I am playing like this after a long, long time. It helped me burn a lot of calories. That is the important part.

is it the box that is the idiot?

I will have to get rid of one major bad habit and that is watching excess television. This is really doing no good to me. Thank god I was not addicted to TV as a kid or else I would have developed autism. Watching TV for say one hour a day is ok and that too only if it doesn’t interfere with your chores. Let me see if I can quit this dreadful habit.
