childish fellow

Apart from sleeping, I am trying to learn new skills during my break away from the gym. I am trying to get in touch with the child in me because that can be very relaxing and also a lot of fun. Childhood days are the happiest for all the people and I am trying to re live those days again.

Doug Kaplan is an interesting blogger that I came across while I was browsing the internet. His blog has articles on a lot of topics. From what I can understand, this guy is a book freak and he loves to read. He doesn’t stop there because he also shares what he knows with the rest of the world and that is very good. I came to know about a couple of books reading his blog. Although they are not in my area of interest, I might just want to read them just to get more intellectual. I wish I had known about these before but better late than never.

lot of sleep

I am getting a lot of rest these days. Because I don’t work out, I sleep in my spare time. You might wonder that if this guy has so much time to sleep in between his work, then he can very well work out in the gym. To tell you the truth it is harder than you think and even harder to explain. The sleep I am getting is very good though.

Celebrities can be a huge source of inspiration. For me just like the thousands around, Bruce Lee and Brad Pitt are inspirations. I have always wanted to build my physique like Bruce Lee which is virtually impossible because the man is the pinnacle of training and I can never put myself through something like that. That is why I am now trying to get the Tyler Durden look. That isn’t too bad!

Motivation is the key in doing anything. If you need that washboard abs you have to be motivated 200 percent because this is the hardest thing that you can put your body through. I have been making good progress with my personal work and I am enjoying it. The time off from the gym has made me realize the importance of a few other things in life but I have also missed the gym to some extent but nonetheless as I always say, I am one hundred percent focused on my job at hand.
