My workout schedule is on the right track again! I am exercising all the body parts but I am a bit sad that my abs is not getting the attention that they deserve. I am also sad that I could not indulge in any form of cardio activity because of my lack of time. My cardiovascular fitness level is now 0 I guess. I don’t remember when the last time I worked on it was. It feels very bad because I need cardio. I also don’t indulge in any form of sports and that fact sucks. Thanks to the nature of my work I have to go through all this. I hope it changes. Continue working out folks! Cheers!
