Cramps are something I hate the most! I used to get cramped up too often before but nowadays it is like I don’t get them at all. It is because I have increased the water intake. Loss of water in the body while indulging sports or any activity that drains the water from the body! You really have to take care of yourself so that you don’t cramp up which will prevent you from performing at the level that you want to!
