George Nunley of George Nunley's Farm

George Nunley resides in Callaway, VA in Franklin County and has been selling on the Roanoke Farmer's Market for over fifty years. He relays that he's met some really nice people over his years of selling. George, who runs George Nunley's Farm, grows and sells produce. Primarily he offers a selection of potatoes, yellow squash, zucchini, tomatoes, cabbage, cucumbers, green beans, October beans, pumpkins, beets, onions, lettuce, and butternut squash as they come in season. During the months of November and December George also sells Christmas wreaths he makes from Frasier Firs and boxwoods. You can find George on the Market Saturdays and some Fridays during the months of May through December.
