Brian M. Seckinger is a regular vendor on Roanoke's Market and can be found on the Farmer's Market most Tuesdays through Sundays year round selling both pottery and photography. His pottery, a mix of decorative and functional stoneware and raku, consists of plates, bowls, vases, platters, and trays. Each piece is unique and carries its own distinct style. Brian also sells photographs of local area attractions including the Roanoke Star, the H&C Coffee sign, and the Dr. Pepper sign. You can view examples of Brian's pottery at his website.
In Brian's free time, he enjoys practicing the drums and guitar. He often imagines life on the beach photographing the natural surroundings, which is underlined by his passion for the ocean. Brian also enjoys offshore and surf saltwater fishing, though he only gets to enjoy the ocean on his yearly trips to the Outer Banks with his family every October.
