Tim is a third generation farmer who loves to fish and hunt. He owns a Jack Russell named, Cookie, who is the mouser on the farm. His wife runs the retail end of things back at the farm, while Tim does most of the actual farming.
Together, Tim and his wife grow all types of vegetables and produce, plants, herbs, flowers, succulents, and ferns. Their goal is to grow the freshest pesticide free products for the health of both themselves and their consumers. Their farm, Rolling Meadows Farms, is an eco-friendly operation. They use waste motor oil for heating their greenhouses , and waste wood products from the furniture industry to heat both the greenhouses, the farm, and their home.

Look for Tim on the Farmer's Market during February on warm Saturdays, in March Thursday through Sunday, and seven days a week during the months of April and May. The rest of the year, with the exception of November, Tim can be found downtown four days a week. You can also contact Tim by email at TimLBelcher@aol.com.
