William Mahone, or as we call him, Bill, is a fine artist who enjoys both painting and sculpting. He is also a talented computer graphics artist.
Downtown, Bill sells his pendant lanterns in a variety of colors and shapes. Custom shapes and colors are always available. You can find him year round mostly by chance.
